Dear friends, there are many friends found their MIX (6+64) can't start up after the update. As soon as we received the report we check the problem immediately.

And we've found the cause of the problem: there was a data exception in OTA server, so the ROM file you've download is inappropriate. It's our fault and we sincerely apologize.

If your MIX (6+64) can't start up after update, you can flash it and make it work well again. Here are the steps:

First of all, please connect your phone to PC, if PC can recognize the phone, go to Part 2. If can't, go to Part 1 ( if no recognition, try different USB interface first)

Part 1: install phone driver

1. Download driver HERE

2. Unrar driver file > go to the unrar folder > double click "DriverInstall.exe" to run it.

Then you get below windows and please install it as below steps:










Part 2: flash the ROM

First of all, don't conncet phone to PC.

Then download flash tool ( HERE ) and ROM ( HERE ), then unzip them.

1.Double click“flash_tool.exe”



2.Choose Scatter file : go to ROM folder and find the scratter file ( after unzip ROM file you'll get a folder, in the folder you can find "R11" folder, Scatter file is there )



3.Click Options-Download-Storage Checksum



4.Choose download method“Firmware Upgrade”. DO NOT choose "Format" method !



5.Click “Download”



6.Hold volume up button and connect your phone to PC via USB (when flash start, no need to hold volume button)


Note: Recommend to flash it with Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.

after unzip ROM file you'll get a folder, in the folder you can find "R11" folder, Scatter file is there. when you load the scatter file in step 3, the tool will recognize the <RC_mt6750xxx>  file automatically

doogee mix 6+64版本10月24OTA升级后不能开机,只能进入如下界面
音量下键不起作用,按下键就会自动灭屏关机, ...

I was having same problem as you and this fixed for me - don't forget to hold volume up key as you connect.

depois de tanta luta deu certo a minha porta usb comfigurei tudo instalei tudo ate esse driver ai depois foi graças a deus deu certo galera  esta funcionando normal agora so que acho que agora a doogee avisa mais sobre as atualizações se pode ou nao pra nao ocorrer esses transtornos ok obrigado


after so much struggle it went right to my USB port comfigurei everything I installed everything until that driver then it was thanks to God it gave some people this normal working now so I think now the doogee warns more about the updates if it can or not not to occur these ok ok thanks

Its problem with thedata cabel and the mobile micro usb port.
Please try with some other cabel
Do not touchor keep shaking the device and cabel while its connected
