I have a Doogee X6 smartphone. It runs android 6.0 , I want to downgrade my phone to android 5.1 or upgrade to android 7.0, Please help me

After flashing Android 8 Rom on a Doogee Y6, using the tutorial, the flashing process run well, got the ok signal at the end, but now phone does not start. How can this be resolved!?

Yes, cannot see phone now.... does not start flashing...

I have doogee Y6 Piano Black, and used Y6 rom. Was that correct?

i guess so, but i have only a x5 pro. i flashed and it worked immediatly. with "retrying" i ment if u retry to flash it a second time. and while u connected the phone with clicked "Download", did u hold "volume up" button?

a second solution could be: try the "download only" mode instead the "firmware upgrade"

When the firmware upgrade ended successfully in SP flash tools, i did not hold volume up... forgot. However, the flash tools recognized the phone after installing the Mediatek SP driver.

Now, when i try to reflash, a message error shows up: "STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION (0xC0050005).
The phone is detected as Mediatek USB Port (COMx), but the flash do not continue in "Download Only" or "Firmware upgrade".

When I connect the phone to PC without trying to flash new ROM, it keeps connecting and disconnecting continuously.

How can I resolve this?

Got wrecked now, phone works and all, but neither IMEI nor option like "Camera". Also dont know how to even pm u....
