Hi! I loss my IMEI now. How I can fix that?

Mine S60 LITE are looping on hardereset window, i did everything on internet to fix it and still unsuccessful. The doogee has not anwser my email and i decided not to buy their phones anymore and make a bad AD for this brand

I have Mix Lite. It had boot stuck problem. I made user data backup in recovery mode and then factory reset, but no success and in recovery mode was just showing Supported api: 3 and nothing else.
I tried flashing with both ROMs uploaded here for Mix Lite.
Download finished ok, but phone is dead. Does not turn on or show charging staus when connected to charger.

Can you help me?

incorrect file format....thats what it says to me when im choosing mt6750android scatter.....doogee s60lite
