I guess it will be around 2 hours: 30% in 5 minutes is very fast. So after that I presume the charging will slow down. I guess 1 hour and 30 minutes is too fast. Then I have to see it and feel it for my self, but nobody ever sends me sample model.
The battery may be at its hottest somewhere around 70-80% charge. Then it will change from constant current to constant voltage charging and cool down a bit. Then again, a brand new good quality Li-Ion battery might not even heat up more than maybe 10 degrees.
