No, I don't think so. None of my comment has been deleted yet, though I criticize Doogee. Resentment in a section of series V is proof of this. By the way, what was deleted?

This forum is full of criticism against Doogee, some of it true and some not. And it has not been deleted. Only post that I have seen deleted have been advetrisements of Cialis and that sort of spam that does not belong here.

When do we expect to get a new firmware update?

If not Oreo at least a SECURITY UPDATE...

That last security update is from November 5,2017 on the last Software update in 20180126

Security Doogee mix 2

Since Doogee does not want to release Android 8 (and not even Android 9) for this device, could at least to release a security patch, security is obsolete.
Last patch is totally missing, security dates back to November of last year.
This Chinese brands like Acer, Doogee, etc... can not put devices on the market for make a little bit money, then to forget devices and customers.
They would have to decide if to close or if to begin to work seriously.
Unfortunately system update are GRATIS, they do not get any money for release new system update; if system update would be a paying service, Android 9 for Doogee Mix 2 would already been release.
A not serious abd incorrect behavior at 360°.
Better to pay something more at moment to buy phone than to be forced to buy new phone every year.
Bye bye Doogee!

Ich werde auch nicht mehr Doogee nicht mehr kaufen, wenn es nicht zu mindestens ein Update gibt, so kann man mit Käufer nicht umgehen!!

I need an official answer from an administrator or at least of a moderator. I own a Doogee mix 2 for that day 1 you released. I do not care so much for a rom update but  I feel cheated because there is not a security update all those months. The last security is from November 2017. If there is not any update in NEAR future. Then your arena dangerous company and I will use this forum to get together with other users to go to court. We will use the law against you. This is very offensive, unresponsible from a company that is supposed to respect it's customers.
I need an official response from the company, not just anybody from the forum
