My BL5000 phone is operating in degraded mode.
The three virtual buttons at the bottom of the screen are well displayed but they no longer work. From time to time the programs are blocked. I used a phone control software that tells me that the memory is corrupted.
Now I would like to do an update or reinstall the programs as original.
I downloaded the software "SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1712.00.000" and the update file "2018-4-13 t976b-dg-a62t-63m-fhd-512g32g-3m-n-bom5_DOOGEE-BL5000-Android7.0- 20170811-sign_user (R35) 量 产 软件 ".
The problem: when loading the SCATTER file, I get an error message "ERROR: STATUS_SCATTER _FILE_INVALID (0xC0030001).
