My firmware is DOOGEE-BL-12000-Android7.0-20171222 but my cam is error in the any app and is very slow on boot and in the use, Where can I fix this error?

Actually, when i downloaded and install latest verion (Release date: 2018/7/25) i found, that my phone started with Android 7.0, NOT 8.
Can you explain me why?

New BL12000 user here. Currently on Android 7.0.

Would like to know if Android update is on the way or if it has reached end of product update - and won't get the benefits of Android 8 and beyond.

Nokia has the "clean" android on their handsets, and even if OTA is abandoned it would be lovely to get versions for DIY flash.
