Have you completely abandoned the device? It only had one update that fixed absolutely nothing, yet there is already Android P available for the cheapest oppo devices and Android Q to come soon. Any chance of seeing ANY updates?

Every time I make a call in my BL7000 the connection drops out/cancels & hangs up for no reason. I checked with my operator but no issue there & I don't know how to fix this???

Release date: 2018/10/13 - the link is the firmware that you are requesting, look at the file names at boot time.
