I'm from the UK and I placed my order (through doogeemall) for the N20 phone on 19th August also. They took payment from my credit card straight away and my order generated an email that said my order would be dispatched in a couple of days and that they would email me when it had been dispatched. My order is still not showing as having been dispatched (just showing paid) I have raised 4 cases in the support area and like you they have not been acknowledged or responded to.

Sadly I think you may be right. I'm going to contact them and say I want to cancel my order and see what they say about that. Worst case scenario I might have to wait a few weeks for PayPal & the Credit card company to sort out getting my money back for me.

Someone in your company needs to be employed full time to answer customer service requests on a daily basis. Granted, this is a tedious and tumultuous task, but it is well worth the effort and cost. Especially if you want to sell in markets that do not rely on Chinese as a first language. I do like your products, I dislike the lack of availability of competent help for requests ranging from shipping and receiving to basic repairs.
