I am afraid i am having the same issue on my s90 with the screen freezing. I have to turn it off and back on for it start working again, but, sometimes i have to do this quite a few times while writing a small message. |
I have contacted Doogee help, which took a long time for them to reply, and they said to try a factory reset. They didn't say how to do the factory reset and were very unhelpful, not impressed. I have only had the phone 6 months and beginning to regret it.
A software up date came out very recently, which i installed, and i am sure it has made the problem even worse.
In General the phone is good (when it works) however they need to put some effort into solving the problem or there product will be tarnished with been rubbish.
